- Overnight maternity pads (optional: saturate witch hazel and/or aloe vera gel in the pads and pop the pads in the freezer to help with swelling + pain, but confirm with your doctor whether this is acceptable if you have stitches down there!) 
- Disposable nursing pads 
- Postpartum belly wrap 
- Perinatal bottle 
- Nipple ointment, such as Lanolin Nipple Cream 
- Nursing bras, tanks & pjs 
- Eye mask 
- Large black underwear 
- Yoga nidra playlist to help you nap during the day 
- Water bottle 
- Mother’s milk tea (if you’re breastfeeding) 
- Red raspberry leaf tea (to help with recovery) 
- Epsom salt for relaxation and if you have hemorrhoids 
- REN Rose Body Oil (releases oxytocin & smells divine - great for after shower use) 
- Paracetamol or Tylenol (always consult with doctor first)
